How do I get paid?
Once on assignment, you will keep a daily log of the hours you work including lunch breaks. At the end of your work week, have your on-the-job supervisor verify the hours by signing the bottom of the time card. The Roper time card has three copies. Leave the top copy with the client company, keep the 2nd copy for yourself, and mail the bottom copy, which is self-addressed to Roper immediately. Timecards are due in payroll by Tuesday at noon. Funds are transferred directly into your savings or checking account through direct deposit on Wednesday. The day your bank receives these funds may vary. Always check your account beforehand. If you do not currently have a checking or savings account, Roper will issue a Money Network Pay Card, which works like an ATM card. Your pay will be deposited onto your card and available on Thursday. Again, always check your balance before using your card. Please note: Payroll funds are transferred on Wednesday each week. If a Roper holiday falls on a Wednesday, the payroll funds will be transferred on Tuesday.
