Roper offers different employment options to meet your specific needs: temporary, try before hire, and direct hire. In addition, we specialize in office and light industrial positions, but we have a variety of other types of jobs available.
- How long do positions last?
How long an assignment lasts depends on employer preferences and needs. While some employers are simply looking for temporary staffing, other positions may be long-term or full-time.
- What benefits do you offer?
We offer health insurance, skills evaluations, 401-K company matching, direct deposit or pay cards, credit union affiliation, and prescription discount cards.
- Am I paid through you or through my employer?
