Roper Staffing is the missing puzzle piece that I’ve been searching for and it’s nice to finally fill that void with such a talented team. Not only have they taken a tremendous amount of work off of my plate, allowing me time to focus on other HR issues for our company, but this team really “gets it”. In addition to their friendly, “easy-to-work-with” nature, their ability to find and vet candidates based on our specific criteria is extremely impressive. And to top it off, their rates couldn’t be better. I love their honesty, no hidden agenda, and their sincere, genuine concern for our business.
